Terms of Service

  • The full payment (via Paypal) will take place before we start (please make sure to pay within 24 hours after we sent you an invoice)

  • No refunds

  • We maintain the full rights to our artworks (e.g. to post it on social media or use it for future samples)

  • The commissioner will receive the full resolution of the artwork

  • The commissioner may re-upload the artwork on other sites as long as proper credit is given

  • The commisioner is not allowed to edit or trace our artworks nor use our artworks for ANY commercial and purposes (unless specifically discussed beforehand) they are for personal use ONLY. Monetization of any sort is prohibited, including using it as rewards/promotional, thumbnails material etc.

  • Commercial artworks cost 2x the original price

  • We do not allow our art to be used for any kind of AI training or anything AI-related in general. Same goes for NFTs!

  • Please provide visual references! We won't draw based on descriptions only!

  • We can take about two weeks up to two months to finish. WIPs can be provided upon asking. (For quicker, sketchier styles we usually do not provide WIPs unless specifically stated so)

  • We do max. 2 minor edits after the finished piece has been handed in.

  • It would be highly appreciated if you take into consideration whether your character actually fits our art style :)
